RIP to an amazing woman

We recently had a very tragic loss in the small town where I grew up. Christine Ingle had her life taken the night of February 16th. She was driving down a somewhat busy road in the "country" side of town, when a 19 year old kid was doing 70+ mph and failed to stop at his stop sign and blind sided her car. She was dead on the scene. My best friend was driving right behind her when it happened. She was my best friends aunt and godmother. And a very good friend of the family.

Christine was a very loving, silly, wonderful woman. She was the single mother to a beautiful little girl. 10 year old Haylee has now lost her mother. Christine worked incredibly hard to give everything she could to her daughter. Since 1998 she worked at a very popular, yet small restaurant in town and all of her costumers adored her. She leaves behind an identical twin sister, two brothers, her mother and father, nieces and nephews, and many many friends.

The driver of the other vehicle is facing manslaughter charges. In his vehicle he had 4 passengers, 2 of which are in very critical condition. I've heard word from relatives of the other victims that they are in comas and on life support. I believe 1 or 2 of them were dead on the scene and had to be revived and have had to have many surgeries so far. It's definitely not certain if they will make it or not.

I just want to ask for prayers. Prayers that Christine's family and friends can find peace in her death and grieve as easily as possible. Also prayers for the other victims. Their lives are now at stake. And prayers that justice is served.

Life is so precious. One second you can be driving home from work, and the next you can be gone. Cherish every moment. Love with all you have. Tomorrow is not promised.

RIP Christine. You will be missed.
